Fit Your Tits Guarantee

If you don't love your Frankly 'fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days, no questions asked. Use our self-service return portal to start our return or exchange. Make sure you have your order number (found in the shipping or confirmation email from Frankly) and the shipping zip code! 

Items are eligible for return if they are in the original condition that they were received. Please ensure the sanitary liner is still on the bodysuits, and make sure you keep your underwear on when trying! 

RETURNS FAQ (we're important!!) 

• What's your return policy for bodysuits?

So glad you asked! All bodysuits must be unwashed and in the original condition they were received. The hygiene sticker must still be in place. 

• Do you offer prepaid returns for all orders placed? 

At this time we only cover 100% of US returns. All international returns (including Canadian) will require the customer to pay a $10 restocking fee. This helps with shipping and the processing costs incurred at our warehouse.

• Are any items ineligible for returns? 

Anything that is marked final sale is not eligible for returns. 

• What's your refund timeline?

We’re processing everything as fast as we can over at the warehouse! Your refund will be in the original form of payment, and please allow for 1-2 weeks for it to appear on your credit card statement.

• My order was under $75 USD and I paid $5.99 for shipping it within the US. Do I still get free return shipping?

Yes. We will still send you a prepaid shipping label for your return or exchange. Feel free to initiate your return through our self-service return portal.
